We only receive by appointment with fairly strict conditions. If you show up without appointment, we will not able to receive you.
For security reasons, no watch is stored or available on our premises.
For each object presented, a 10 % deposit will be requested in advance.
In the absence of deposit payment, no presentation, reservation, delivery or sale will be possible. The deposit is cashed, and the date of collection is determining.
In case of cancellation of a special order, the deposit will not be returned.
A credit note will be issued with a 6 months duration from the date of the deposit payment.
In case of a reservation greater than 8 days, a credit note with a 6-month duration will systematically offered to the buyer if the object doesn’t meet the buyer expectations.
Except of a special order or a reservation greater than 8 days, the amount of the deposit will be refund if the object doesn’t meet the buyer expectations.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer; no cash refund will be operated.
Furthermore, we don’t allow any photography in our premises, including the subject of the transaction.
